Preface: La mensa is located in the Museo Casa Don Bosco, Turin. The building was once home to Saint Bosco, the founding father of the Salesian community. The site-specific installation is set in what was formerly Saint Bosco’s kitchen, evoking the memory, history and life that fills this building.
